Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be unused and undamaged.
• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

3. Ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products
